Job Description
The Sales Coordinator / Admin Executive is involved in all facets of customer service, order fulfillment, project and sales support. This position directly supports sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. This position will perform activities for order entry, inside sales support, along with assisting customer service functions and sales support activities as requested.
Responsibilities
- Process Sales Order and goods procurement
- Support Customers in Specifications and Information of Products
- To arrange goods delivery with delivery team
- To prepare invoices, proforma invoices for cash payments and to prepare delivery orders
Requirements
- Min Higher Nitec and above
- candidates with no experience may apply
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, result focus and a team player
- Independent, resourceful and responsible
- Ability to Multi-task
- Candidate with Short Notice period/ Immediately Available will be at an advantage
