This position reports to the director and interfaces with co-workers and manager in Saigon, Vietnam. This traineeship will provide an all-round exposure to understanding the job industry in Singapore which include white, pink, blue collar jobs. Understanding demand & supply in manpower requisition, practicing client & talent acquisition. Learning skills and knowledge through real time which is required for their future jobs.
Trainee to be involved in:
1. Planning & developing client and talent acquisition plan.
2. Identifying potential clients in the target market and complete research of client’s business and manpower needs.
3. Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
4. Develop new contract by negotiating contract terms & requirements with clients.
5. Identifying/sourcing/interviewing of new recruits / talents on behalf of clients.
6. Maintaining, updating, filtering recruitment channels; job advertisement sites etc.
7. Understanding TAFEP guidelines and practice fair employment advertisement.
Perform different type of applications through WPOL / EPOL.
Competencies to be Acquired:
1. CEI (Basic) Certified.
2. Ability to analyse customer needs and expectations to determine business opportunities.
3. Able to lead development and evaluation of client acquisition strategies and plans.
4. Ability to build long term client relationships and propose solution offerings that anticipates customers’ needs and exceeds expectations.
5. Understanding and executing recruitment channel management.
6. Draft job advertisement and understand types of manpower derives from different advertisement channel.
7. Shortlisting suitable candidate and perform an interview with the candidate before matching them to the clients.
8. Contract drafting, CVs, resumes and quotation on behalf of company.
9. Technically skilled in WPOL & EPOL system.
10. Develop overseas manpower acquisition plans.
11. Perform job analysis and evaluation.
12. Perform industry networking.
Education Qualifications Required: ITE Graduate or ITE Equivelant Certificate
Duration of Traineeship: 12 Months

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b.Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
