This position reports to the Operations manager and interacts with other supervisors and installers. We believe in learning-by-doing and learning from mistakes.
We are looking for ITE graduates (Nitec) who are interested in gaining a hands-on experience with the installation process, as well as helping to uphold our service quality and ensure conformance to market requirements, government, and safety regulations. Individual to be involved in:
- Hands on job on AC installation
- Meeting with customers and handle complaints
- Ensure Employee safety
- Ensure installation quality and speed
- Provide direct support to installers when helps needed
