Job Description

Training

  • Conduct fun lessons using creative, interactive & engaging methods to encourage learning through participation, both offline and online as may be required.
  • Provide feedback, encouragement & support to students
  • Provide periodic written assessment reports on students’ progress that foster the development of the students
  • Focus learning outcomes on the development of the following skills:
  • Problem-solving
  • Critical thinking
  • Creativity
  • Communication
  • Collaboration
  • Ensure educational tools & equipment are properly checked out and returned before and after lessons
  • Support other tasks such as scheduling events management and registration from time to time

Curriculum Development

  • Research, design, integrate and update advanced S.T.E.A.M. curriculums for students of various age groups from 3 to 21 (children/youth/adult)
  • Prepare lesson plans, including presentation deck, tools & equipment
  • Coach trainers to effectively understand and deliver the curriculum
  • Assess the trainer’s curriculum delivery performance
  • Support business development opportunities (e.g demo or trial lessons, showcases, and parent programs)

Support other administrative tasks such as registration, scheduling, and classroom management from time to time
