Job Objective

We are looking for energetic and committed persons to work in digital & content marketing, and social media to promote our brand and drive demand for Future Ready Academy and associate companies.

 

Job Description

Drive marketing campaigns and programs that deliver profitable outcomes in line with the company’s mission and vision;

  • Develop, organize and execute effective digital marketing activities (i.e. web, social media, direct mail, O2O events, etc.) via all channels on a timely basis;
  • Design and update EDM, posters, brochures, flyers, banners, web pages and other marketing materials to support our marketing and sales activities;
  • Manage social media accounts, grow our following and engage with our communities;
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data of marketing campaigns;
  • Source for and maintain marketing vendors and media partnerships/channels;
  • Manage and update company customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
  • Support the sales & marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

 

Qualities We Look for

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, and Business or other related areas;
  • 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, and event management is preferred, and will still consider those without experience but with great potential;
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, etc, and how to engage audiences using different types of content;
  • Strong communication (oral & written) and presentation skills in English is a prerequisite;
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language especially Chinese is a plus;
  • Pragmatic, pro-active, strategic and results-oriented self-starter with a creative mind, excellent communication, and digital skills the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
