Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment
    • Post, update, edit and remove career postings from job boards, career pages, IHL career portals and social networks
    • Screen resumes and application forms and schedule interviews with suitable candidates
    • Prepare employment letter, employment contract and offer letters
    • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of staff
    • Review and propose improvements for employer branding and employee performance management
    • Research, propose and assist the company to participate in any job career fairs
  • Market Analysis
    • Research, analyse and understand global mega trends post pandemic in industry 4.0 AI, blockchain, cloud, data in healthcare, education, security, media and fintech sectors
    • Prepare quality proposals and presentations for different stakeholders with good insights
  • Support other tasks as required
