Funbiz Marketing Pte Ltd – eCommerce and Social Media Intern

You will be overseeing customer care and digital fulfillment for sales orders on our various digital platforms, and at the same time create a strong digital presence to promote better awareness of our brand values.

Leverage social media platforms to increase awareness and increase sales for our e-commerce platform and website.

Job descriptions:

•Manage e-commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee seller center to ensure prompt order fulfillment and customer care.

•Plan and create Website and e-commerce campaign including product listing, visuals, content, campaign planning, and execution. Improve sales, traffic, and conversion rates for eCommerce stores and perform ROI analysis for future campaigns.

•Manage social media accounts, conceptualized visual and content write-up for social media posting.

• Propose and source for new products or categories for the B2B clients.

•Adminstrative support.

•Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce online platform /Marketing environment will be an added advantage.

• Good Knowledge of computer applications with proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva.

• Experience in social media, content planning, or content development.

• Positive attitude, self-driven, able to work independently (with minimal supervision), strong work ethic, and a good team player.
