Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director, marketing team and operations team to design and develop daily and monthly company reports.
- To fully test reports, troubleshoot bugs and issues.
- To ensure reports are fully functional and presentable.
- To assist in automation of reports.
- Assist in all other marketing activities.
- Maintaining and filing documents relating to vehicles and customers
- Data entry and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with marketing on social media platforms. i.e. Facebook, Instagram.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
