By consolidating food preparation operations, consistency in the quality of food and efficient manpower management was achieved. Initially providing ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products to Group’s own catering brands, the company is now poised to expand its services to the foodservice industry in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Kitchen to prepare all ingredients for day operations
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience in kitchen duties
- Willing to do dishwashing duty when assigned
- Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
- No experience needed
