Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and creative individual to join our growing advertising agency.

As an Admin and HR Executive, your main responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties. A keen eye for detail and good communication skills – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Finance & HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
  • Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
  • Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all government paid leave claims.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation.
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc.
  • Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company.
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
  • Source for and recommend upgrading courses for the staff.
  • Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin and receptionist function.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
  • Stand-in for reception function.
  • Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’ level with 3-5 years of admin experience
  • An independent and self-motivated individual who possesses cheerful, courteous and pleasant disposition
  • Possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel, PowerPoint & Internet)
  • Must have a good working attitude, good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and fast
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be hardworking, efficient & able to multitask
  • IT knowledge is a must
  • Experience in a related role preferred

You must be resourceful, an independent worker with initiative. The agency environment is extremely fast-paced and challenging. Managing the HR & Admin department is imperative to ensuring the growth and stability of the agency. Candidates must be well versed with local parameters/government guidelines on HR and Administrative A policies. Ability to stick to time constraints.
