This is a unique opportunity for a local tertiary student to gain hands on experience in the field of Human Resources with a truly international company.
HR Intern ( 1 July to 31 December 2020)
Role Purpose:
To provide a range of HR services to the business from administrative, to participating in employee engagement activities, and, as a project across the 6 months, reviewing our onboarding processes and materials
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy of the HR database with position and employee details
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll and query management
- Review the onboarding programme for all new joiners, including H&S materials
- Participate in the review the Employee Handbook ensuring it aligns with Singapore employment legislation
- Prepare HR-related reports as and when required
- Co-ordinate MySay Engagement 2020 survey, including special reports and related analysis.
- Participate in organizing company engagement and L&D events
Qualifications
- Be in the final year of Tertiary education majoring in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Detailed oriented and well organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Only an undergraduate studying at a local University in Singapore will be considered.
