About This Role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey that lets you be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and thriving businesses? Join our dynamic team as an Operations Intern and play a pivotal role in revolutionising how merchants across various industries engage with the future of commerce. Step into the heart of the action as you roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support to our valued merchants. Be the go-to expert for device and Point of Sale Machine (POSM) distribution, and conducting engaging briefing/training sessions that empower businesses to harness the full potential of our digital payment innovative solutions.
- Provide on-the-ground support for merchants which may include onsite visits, staff training, as well as device and Point of Sale Machine (POSM) distribution
- Arrange and schedule deployment appointments with merchants from all different industries
- Build and maintain visibility of internal devices, POSM materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve any merchant issues by liaising with the internal team
- Work closely and provide assistance to the Business Development team
*Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Able to converse well in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Strong logical thinking and organisation skills
- Good communication and persuasive skills
- Cheerful and outgoing personality will be a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Responsible individuals and self-motivated
- Willing to travel around to deploy payment terminals
