This is a hugely impactful role which offers great potential to grow and develop. As a People & Talent Intern at Flash Coffee based in Singapore you will ultimately ensure our teams are correctly supported, challenged and recognised.

The role involves high levels of consultation and collaboration with different levels of stakeholders.

Job Description

As a People & Talent Intern, you’ll get to:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for the general business which is not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, arranging & facilitation of interviews, offer and on-boarding
  • Drafting HR related communications to staff and new joiners (e.g. first day emails, training course announcements)
  • Accessing our personnel database updating and digitalizing of relevant records, filing of documents
  • Preparing orientation packs
  • Assist in leading talent acquisition related projects such as process improvement, new technology adoption etc.
  • Handle the process of employee lifecycle events including onboarding, probation, career progression and offboarding
  • Functioning as the point of contact for HR operation matters
  • Deploying and providing inputs for benefit policies and processes
