Job Description
Bar man (Full Time)
Salary: S$1,700 – S$2,800 monthly
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of all liquor brand/Beers//Non-alcoholic selection
- Designated glassware & garnishes for drinks.
- Responsible for stock/inventory of wine, liquors and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness
- Replenish par level for supplies & equipment.
- Complete requisition to replenish storage or additional items needed for anticipated business
- Participate & contribute in all designated meetings.
- Anticipate, acknowledge & response promptly to guest request at all time.
- Ensure all assign closing duties are completed before sign out.
- Provide feedback of any problem to the manager.
- Assist floor operation as and when required.
Qualification: secondary/ O level & above
Years of experience: Experience / No experience needed; training will be provided. OR related field
Open to Singaporean / PR
Working hour: 10am – 10pm
