Job Description
- Assist Design Team in coordinating sample production
- Process buyers’ orders
- Communicate and coordinate all production matters with our factory
- Monitor production schedule and provide timely delivery of samples and goods to customers
- Prepare order sheets, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry and basic tech pack.
- Any other matters
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Well-versed in Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, due to extensive daily communication with China factory.
- Strong organizing skills, meticulous, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A strong team player
