Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about making sales and reaching targets. Whilst working at fewStones, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, researching new clients to better pitch your ideas. Whether it be large or small companies, you’ll be expected to build positive long-term client relationships. You’ll pitch to new clients, provide quotations based on budget requirements and work with the Production team to share briefs and introduce clients.

So, what about the role?


Your responsibilities will include:

 Outbound Sales Outreach

  • Closely work with the General Manager to coordinate sales and marketing activities,

  • Generating sales leads via personal contacts or lead generation platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

  • Pitching our offerings to leads to land pitch meetings with prospective clients

  • Supporting our sales team across the sales cycle on important client prospects

Inbound Sales Management

  • Managing inbound sales leads to maximise revenue potential upon conversion

  • Supporting our sales team in sales follow-ups on major proposals, up to the point of sales conversion

Sales strategy and process

  • Prepare presentation decks for pitches and deliver pitches,

  • Create quotations according to the project requirements,

  • Discuss and brainstorm video ideas for clients/prospects,

  • Nurture prospects/clients with marketing initiatives,

  • Brief projects to the production team and introduce to clients during kick-off meetings,

  • Research on new expansion areas for the company’s growth,

  • Assist with other marketing activities.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant sales strategies related to the industry


Requirements

What we would like you to have

  • 0-3 years of working experience in a sales or client service role

  • Experience in the Photography industry is preferred

  • Strong track record in building relationships with customers 

  • A keen and creative eye for sales opportunities

  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role

  • Excellent command of English
