fewStones Pte Ltd is a dynamic Video Production agency, covering a spectrum of projects across 2D, 3D and Live Action. We manage each client project from beginning to end, including conceptualisation, scripting, storyboard, as well as distribution through tailored Video Marketing strategies. We’re looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team and fewStones is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to generate and try new ideas, whilst developing existing skills. You’ll assist on client shoots, get to grips with Adobe Suite and complete in-house basic edits, as well as proposing new ideas for incoming projects. There’s no boundaries when it comes to creativity!
Here is a few of your day to days…
- Assist the lead Camera Operator on shoot, this includes equipment set-up, client relations, basic directing and general runner requirements
- Complete basic edits in-house using Adobe Premiere
- Propose ideas for new projects
- Manage the Video Production Managers calendar, inputting all upcoming shoots
- Source locations and talent for client shoots, keeping in mind budget
- Create call sheets and project briefs for clients and freelancers
- Attend project kick-off meetings from time to time
- Industry research according to each client and their project requirements
- Ensure that data is stored and organised

- You are extremely passionate about Video Production
- You’re highly creative and eager to learn more
- Competent when completing basic edits on Adobe Premiere
- Punctual and organised
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (English)
We’d be super impressed if…
- You have experience working on shoot
- Competent when using Adobe After Effects
- Assisted in team Productions previously
- Experience when liaising with clients
