Sales Consultant (Open to Fresh Graduates / Diploma / Experienced)
Sales Consultant (Graduate Trainee Program) - Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Ferco is looking to hire an energetic graduate trainee (Diploma / Degree) who can learn on the job to assist in sales, marketing and business development activities out of the Singapore office. Your focus will be to assist the Manager of our After-Sales Repair and Maintenance division in scaling up the department and bringing in more sales opportunities. At the end of the 6 month programme, a successful trainee will receive a full-time offer to work with one of the leading suppliers of doors, seating systems and shutters in the market, with a growing presence in Asia and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Work with the after-sales maintenance team to strategically grow business via customer relationship development and outreach programs.
- Come up with creative ideas to increase sales opportunities
- Understand the business and assist in preparing quotations and other sales material for customers
- Assist in various other marketing functions and visit customers alongside other team-members when needed
- Assist in Ferco's participation at industry events and exhibitions
- Sit in on brainstorm meetings to improve sales and business operations (we're always looking for fresh ideas from bright and capable team-members)
Experience and skills
- Fresh graduates / current students / young adults with work experience of any discipline are welcome
- A passionate go-getter that is able to break down project goals into actionable steps and perform under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work and learn independently
- A curious and critical-thinking approach to solving problems
- A familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite are expected.
