Financing support: Banking relationship, debt modelling and crowdfunding advisory
Excide's strategic advisory methodology is adapted from major consulting firms and investment banks. Our in-depth knowledge of digital business model has given us much traction with our clients.
Some of our clients include Singapore's leading mobile enterprise solution provider, a China unicorn in the technology sector and a member company of a prominent Government-Linked Company. The demographics of our clients range from early-stage and serial entrepreneurs to private equity professionals / ex-bankers and doctors.
The job scope is including, but not limited to the following:
- Assisting consultants in the maintenance, reporting and management of the client’s finances.
- Assist to prepare year end statutory financial statements for clients in accordance with Singapore law and FRS.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of clients’ financial performance.
- Analyse financial information for monthly variances.
- Support Partners to prepare various client pitches.
- Support research, due diligence, financial modelling and investment analysis to facilitate decision making.
- Assist in a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to client on-boarding process, maintaining statutory registers and perform regulatory filings.
- Handle related clerical duties like correspondence through email/fax, filing, photocopying, etc.
- You will be asked to provide administrative support, performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accreditation.
- Team player with strong attention to details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced and nimble environment.
- Prior experience using Xero or Quickbooks is strongly preferred, or ability to demonstrate comparable knowledge and skills.
