Job Description

The Projects Intern will be part of our Projects Team’s family, ensuring the success of our F&B digitalisation programs which includes end to end project management, on-boarding of clients and supporting existing clients.

Duties

1. Projects Management

  • Attend requirements gathering sessions for new projects and brainstorming sessions with the internal team to design suitable solutions.

  • Assist the Projects Team with existing projects delivery.

  • Liaise with clients on new projects requirements as well as day to day operations for existing projects.

  • Onboard, train and guide retail and enterprise clients on Eunoia Platform functionalities.

2. Quality Assurance Testing

  • Analyze products to assemble test requirements and plot out functional/system test plans.

  • Develops test plans, scenarios, and cases used in testing based on business requirements, technical specifications and/or product knowledge to ensure they function properly.

  • Write high quality test cases and document the reproduction of bugs in a clear and concise manner.

  • Documents test results, release notes and troubleshooting guide needed for on-going client support.

 

3. Support Product Team & Existing Clients

  •  Liaise with both internal and external team on issues and questions on the system.

  •  Investigate and replicate reported issues to pinpoint the cause of failure.

  •  Ticket down issues and liaise with the Product Team on fixes and enhancements.

  • Test ready tickets to ensure complete fix on the issues.

  •  Follow up with all stakeholders.

 

 Skills & Experience Needed:

  • You’re enthusiastic and hungry to learn!

  • Business and technical analysis abilities is a plus.

  • Experience in F&B is a plus.

  • Comfortable with clients, working as a collaborator and advisor, and the ability to confidently and credibly share your point of view and expertise.

  • Self starter, full of initiative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to pull together multiple different, and sometimes conflicting, inputs (requirement vs. product roadmap and capabilities) into a common point of view. 

  •  Able to work on 5 days work week including 1 weekend.
