We are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the following position in Eu Yan Sang's corporate office in Singapore.
Eu Yan Sang International is looking for an IT intern to assist our Corporate IT Department.
Job Duties:
- Fixed asset management including tagging IT assets to facilitate asset tracking
- Consolidate and put together a list of all our fixed IT assets
- Help to assess the statuses (i.e. depreciation etc) of our IT assets and dispose of all damaged and obsolete assets
- Look into and compile all our existing IT contracts/licenses, and assist in the renewal of licenses
- Reformat the laptops of departed employees
- Assist in the creation of an IT Corporate Policy
- Offer IT support or assist with IT problem resolution to/for other employees
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
