Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to lead the development of the business across different categories in key accounts. The Key Account Executive is responsible for identifying leads and business opportunities for the category as well as maintaining client accounts. He/She will ultimately responsible for delivering the commercial objectives and develop strategic techniques to grow the optical (lens) business in Singapore.

The Key Account Executive will get a the opportunity to work with the Chains and top accounts, execute initiatives and work on collaborations to push categories success. On top of that, acquire or exercise skills as an entire commercial offer including marketing, trainings and soft skills working with front lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for the achievements of sales, growth and profitability of the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for planning and execution of collaborative marketing initiatives with key accounts
  • Responsible for portfolio management (brands / products) ensuring ongoing success of specific brands or product lines
  • Plan, organize and manage key account related activities that includes eye-care practitioners’ training, consumer road show, trade show, promotional campaigns and new product launches
  • Provide after-sales support to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or its equivalent
  • Marketing qualifitcation and experience would be an added advantage
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess analytical skills and proficient with Excel
  • Passionate in engaging customers and provide excellent service
