Emotive and imaginative, Esora showcases Modern Japanese cuisine guided by Chef Koizumi’s affinity with nature and attention to detail. Here the chefs are storytellers and every dish is an intimate tale of nostalgia, seasonality, and sheer fanaticism.
We are looking for an experienced, service-driven leader to fill the role of Captain for our restaurant. This role requires the individual to take control of the daily service operations, from its people to the surroundings, taking into meticulous consideration the operational needs of the establishment.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Order taking & menu description
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
- Improving procedures and systems
