Started back in 1996 by our founder Radhika Raj, when there were many efforts to overcome freneticism that existed in the 80’s, Eso Torra Indesigns was modestly established as Kastle Kreations Pte. Ltd. in 1996 which was further re-branded as Sphere Concept Pte. Ltd. in 2012 with our matchless ideologies and thought processes, people from all over the world reached us to go through the beautiful transitions that we offered. Asia, Europe and The US were among the first few places where we initiated change and went beyond our jobs to reach local artisans to craft the perfect dream space for our clients.
Radhika's work has evolved by expansion, integration and innovation. Over 22 years as a designer, she has earned a meritorious place in the world of interior design & architecture. Radhika has a unique design philosophy which she refers to as “Designergy” . She perceives space as energy which needs to be molded by design to suit the personality of the occupant. This means that all elements of design have to be integrated to create aesthetic harmony and a design masterpiece.
Responsibilities
Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design and fit-out works
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss issues pertaining to projects
Work closely with Operations team & internal members on all aspects of projects
Attend regular site meetings and inspections
Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
Requirements
Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing building project management & planning for site work for construction, residential /commercial projects and corporate office
Ability to work on CAD drawings & Sketch up
Ability to understand and make quick details for quality execution
Ability to make BOQ and prepare Qty for materials
Ability to work under Dynamic phases
Self-motivated and able to work independently & as a team
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs.
Candidates with Mechanical & Electrical experience in addition
