As the Social Media and Digital PR lead, you will be in charge of the organisation’s social media marketing and PR campaigns.
Your role will be to keep abreast of the latest social media trends and grow the organisation’s social media and web presence, establishing the brand as an authority in the industry.
You will get to work closely with a panel of industry experts who are adjunct course facilitators, attend a suite of WSQ-accredited courses, and work with a dynamic team of self-driven individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee overall social media marketing strategy
• Create and manage content calendar calendar and content on brand’s social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Monitor brand mentions and competitors across social media and the web to identify opportunities for brand/product placements and partnerships
• Social media community management: Respond to comments and engage with social media followers (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, support forum)
• Review and respond to trainees’ feedback forms/surveys
• Integrate social media channels with email marketing
• Work closely with creative team to develop shareable content such as videos and infographics on brands’ website and social media platforms
• Influencer marketing: Reach out to and work with influencers to review courses
• Work with PR agency to earn mentions and publications
• Content marketing: Amplify blog content and website resource hub to garner social media shares and earn backlinks
Requirements:
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Self-driven
• Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent
