Job Description

As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of the overall performance of the organisation.

Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

You will get to work closely with a panel of industry experts who are adjunct course facilitators, attend a suite of WSQ-accredited courses, and work with a dynamic team of self-driven individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee overall digital advertising strategy
• Create and manage Google Ad campaigns.
• Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
• Manage paid listings on third party websites such as Meetup, Eventbrite, etc.
• Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
• Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
• Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets

Requirements:


• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Google Ads Search and Display certified
• GAIQ certified
• Google Tag Manager
• Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend
• Active campaign or MailChimp
• Self-driven
• Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent
