Job Description
  • Assisting the Project Manager in charge of SEO 
  • Planning and execution of SEO campaigns: backend set up, on-site optimisations, off-site optimisations and measuring impact and effectiveness
  • Develop keyword plans through conducting keyword research on a regular basis to generate content ideas and optimize existing content
  • Conduct SEO audit (technical, on-page & off-page) on existing website and recommend improvements to website architecture, keyword optimization on Meta tags, images, content, link building and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Integrate on-page and off-page SEO (link building) with content marketing, social media marketing, external brand owners, and digital PR initiatives
  • Manage SEO-related assets, tools/platforms including but not limited to Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Brightedge and SEMrush etc.
  • Perform keyword research on a regular basisOptimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, blog posts, product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings
  • Measure key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion and conversion rates, engagement metrics such as dwell time and organic return visits, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Regularly track and monitor new and existing keyword ranking positions and devise integrated marketing strategies to increase organic search rankings
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.Write SEO optimised content
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingWork with the regional development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Proven SEO experience
  • SEM experience managing PPC campaigns especially on Google will be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionIn-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Brightedge)Good documentation skills – can produce and present quality insights using simple language where required for non-technical clientsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMAbility to work in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Successful track record in developing and executing e-commerce projects for brand portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate confidently and effectively.
