Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to develop IoT embedded systems for smart city, smart buildings and industrial settings.
- Assist in testing and deployment of hardware
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines
- Basic knowledge in usage of basic electronic components, resistors, capacitors, diodes etc.
- Ability to interpret component datasheets
- Fundamentals in C/C++ and Linux
- Good technical writing and communication skills
- Basic understanding or interest in hardware architectures
- Basic understanding or interest in communication protocols, such as I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, USB, ADC etc
- Able to use test and measurement equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering etc
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EDA software like Altium Designer, Eagle, Kicad etc
- CAD Design experience
- Developing on STM32 platforms
- Past embedded or hardware projects
- Prior intern experience in similar roles
