Supply Chain Management Intern (6 Months)
Job Description
1. Support Daily shipping of documentation and operations (email inquiries, answering queries, etc.)
2. Monitoring and planning of all import/export freight shipments, transport and delivery arrangements in order to ensure that all orders are processed in timely manner
3. Assist in the preparation work of all required shipping documents (e.g. declaration of import/export permits with GST included,etc.)
4. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s) or the management
Requirement
1. Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, or in a similar field
2. Meticulous on assisting supervisor to prepare report
3. Organised and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details
4. Open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
5. Possess relatively good verbal command and written skills in email writing and day-to-day requirements in English/ Mandarin Chinese
