Encore Films Pte Ltd – Distribution Executive

Job Title: DISTRIBUTION EXECUTIVE / MANAGER 

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate with clients to secure potential sponsorship and sales
2. Build and maintain strong relationship with overseas partners
3. Prepare sponsorship kits and proposals for potential partners / sponsors for both local and acquired movies
4. Liaise with TV stations and business partners for the licensing of rights 
5. Identify and secure new business opportunities
6. Assist in distributing movies theatrically in regional markets
7. Coordinate and maintain inventory of content
8. Chance to attend Film Markets around the world to acquire and sell rights.

Requirements:

1. Must have a strong passion for movies 
2. Has good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, positive attitude and team oriented 
3. Willingness to learn with a ‘Never Say Die’ attitude
4. Target driven, Meticulous, Hands on, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving skills
5. Able to work independently, multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines 
6. Excellent spoken, written communication & negotiation skills 
7. Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Cantonese 
8. Strong Organizational and Follow Up skills
9. Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
10. Good knowledge in B2B licensing of content is preferred
11. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
12. At least 2 years working experience in corporate sales environment
