Digital Project Manager (for Program centered on Youth), Digital Designer (User Research, Virtual Events, Content Development)
Digital Gap/Need
Empact is the overall Programme Partner to NYC on YouthTech and this role is to assist us with Digital Project Management. This is a broad scope that could involve Strategic Analysis, Project Management, Research to Planning & Executing training sessions on Digital topics for Youth.
Objectives of the Project
To support the successful roll-out of the YouthTech Programme by providing strategic analysis and implementing activities that meet:
i) To successfully meet the Learning & Development Needs of Youth in the area of Digital Skills (Digital Marketing, Digital Design, etc.)
ii) To support the digitalisation needs of Host Organisations in the Social Sector
iii) To successfully manage our Corporate stakeholders & volunteers who are critical in providing us with training resources
Specific Deliverables of the Project / Proposed Programs and Activities
- Conduct User Research of Youth’s topics of interest with regards to Digital Skills (e.g. data analytics, digital marketing, etc.)
- Manage an online community forum supporting Youth’s learning of digital skills
- Conduct scoping calls with Host Organisations in the Social Sector to understand their digitalisation needs (interviews, note-taking, data analysis, insights generation)
- Conduct virtual corporate volunteering programs (skills-based & hands-on) from planning, designing, execution and analysing stages.
- Conduct desktop research and literature reviews to identify needs and co-curate programs.
- Content development: Preparation of engaging digital communication material, tools and reports for effective stakeholder management.
- Data Analytics: Quantitative & qualitative data collection and analysis of events.
Qualifications
Eligibility
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or PermanentResident
- Is either a recent graduate from the ITE,polytechnics and universities or a young workadult up to 35 years old (as of 2021) currentlyseeking employment opportunities
- Available for full-time placement opportunities
