Job Description

In line with our growth we are looking for a strong, driven, sales and business development executive to work closely with the founder in Singapore to scale up the digital business across Singapore and the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue for our company — from prospecting customers to closing customers for our world-class marketplace solutions
  • For the right candidate, you should be able to design, create and run a tight well-designed sales process.
  • Maintaining the relationship with customer leaders
  • Build positive relationships throughout the ecosystem
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team, Customer Support to solve customer issues and suggest enhancements to the product & service
  • Achieve and even exceed, agreed sales targets
  • Work closely with the founder and other teams to collate future customer needs, problems, interests, competitive landscape, and potential for new features/solutions

Candidate requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience — preferably selling business solutions to “traditional” industries — Retail, F&B, Logistics etc.
  • Meticulous with a proven track record of success in generating revenue
  • Background in digital marketing or e-commerce, software and/or services sales also a huge plus
  • Be driven to be a sales rockstar — strongly motivated by commissions (bringing in revenue), and also in delighting the customer
  • Be self motivated — no one needs to supervise you closely. You are driven to excel
  • Strong communications skills (and also negotiation skills with customers)
