Ellwood Consulting is a specialised recruitment firm focusing on mid-senior level placements in the functional areas of Accounting & Finance, Banking & Financial Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and Sales.

Until now, the recruitment industry, from big player to small firm, has been driven almost exclusively by short term financial gains and has suffered from the unreliable service levels and high staff turnover that come with the focus on the numbers.  As a result, candidates have not been treated with the respect they deserve and hiring managers have been frustrated by a stream of rapidly changing account handlers with low sector knowledge.
