Job Description

Jobscope

  • Generate new revenue stream through identifying new leads and making calls or text messages to reach out the leads
  • Grow Element Education brand and products lines in the marketplace
  • Manage and communicate effectively with clients' concerns to the team
  • Liaise with customers to set up lesson trials to help close deals
  • Constant update to management of the sales progress and customer feedback
  • Sales channel management
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with the sales people
  • Lead monthly operational focused sales meetings to discuss pursuit status
  • Lead quarterly face to face sales meetings to discuss sales strategy and progress
  • Mentor and coach sales staff to hit their targets

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a diploma and/or equivalent
  • Able to speak good English to communicate with customers
  • Possesses good social skills, meticulous and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience in education-related sales and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position.

Skillset(s) Requirement:

  • Required Knowledge: Sales & Marketing
  • Candidate must be familiar in using Google Docs and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

Based on the experience and qualifications, the starting part-time pay for the first 2 months will be capped at S$2000, and will be raised if the candidate is proven to be strong in bringing in sales for the company.
