Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software testing
• Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer, systems, software, and hardware
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
• Write training manuals
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
• Are required to apply information security in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organization.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 1-2 years of working experience in technical support
• Experience in basic networking support
• Experience in supporting OS platforms such as Windows 10 and MS Office applications
• Prefer candidates who are resourceful, good working attitude & takes initiative
• Good communication skills and administrative skills
