Job Description

EDF Lab Singapore is looking for a Management Assistant Intern to run our company’s HR & administration. Your role will be highly important to the company as you will be in charge of the company’s HR processes, administration, funding schemes. You would join the research and development team in Singapore, as part of the global international energy group EDF (Electricité de France). As such, you will be part of a multicultural team.

This is a full-time internship. You will work under the supervision of the Assistant Manager and the Managing Director. 

 Key responsibilities 

  • Assisting with HR processes: recruitment workflow, staff training supervisior
  • In charge of quality of life and happiness of the staff: team building events, lunch/diners, dessert dialogues, office management
  •  Coordinating information and submitting government claims for approval
  •  Helping managing accounts and resources in office; ensuring that billing are made in time Other assigned roles of administration, organization and deputation. 

 Requirements

  • Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree Knowledge in HR processes 
  • Good communication skills and teamwork 
  • Professional writing and presenting skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, international and cross disciplinary environment
