CONTEXT
Within Edenred Singapore you will be working for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activity.
The CRM activity, is divided into 2 solutions : the legacy CRM solution and the growing new digital solution “Fides Suite”.
We are looking for a curious and dynamic person, ready to take up challenges and responsibilities as an intern in Singapore for this business unit. You will report directly to the Financial Manager.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
Monthly reporting dashboards and business analyses
- Analyse variances compared to the previous year and the budget
- Automate Excel reports and PPT presentations with graphs, key comments
- Complete the files / documents required by the Group
- Propose new sets of dashboards, financial and business KPI’s
- Validate the booking of provisions (POs, claims)
Planning & budgeting
- Produce Excel files to support the forecast of revenue and costs
- Review the IT Budget
- Prepare reconciliations with the budget and forecasts and provide explanations on the main variances
- Produce excel and ppt material to support the management in the elaboration of strategic development during the 3 Year Plan
- Produce Excel reports and PPT presentations with key comments and ad-hoc analyses
Project & business support
- Elaborate monthly Cash Flow analysis
- Prepare various performance analysis:
- Performance per project
- Production and Tech teams’ performance
- Commercial performance
- Design tools to automate and simplify process and analysis
- Prepare ad-hoc Excel reports and PPT presentations on demand
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
Education: Undergraduate study in Finance, Economics
Language: Good level of spoken and written English (French is a plus)
IT tools: Microsoft office tools with high degree of proficiency in Excel (VBA is a plus)
