Junior Finance and Administration Executive #SGUnitedTraineeships


At Eatigo, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our Finance department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash inflows and outflows, and collecting payment from clients. A Junior Finance and Administration Executive, you will have a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners. This position reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with the Sales and Account Management team to achieve a healthy profit and loss statement at the end of the month.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and record of vendor invoices in the system
  • Assist in revenue cycle (billing & collection)
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables (include frequent calling and emailing merchants)
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries
  • Support monthly customer billing and cash application in the system
  • Ensure daily bank is reconciled and all entries are recorded
  • Support preparation of financial reports for statutory filings and compliance and any other reports as required by management

Competencies to learn:

  • Gain experience in both revenue and payment cycles
  • Knowledge of Singapore corporate and tax requirements
  • How to engage your stakeholders professionally
  • Hone your communication skills
  • Gain proficiency in Financial Accounting Systems (Netsuite) and database management and record keeping using MS Office applications
