We are currently in the men's shoe segment and will be extending into other product categories. We currently have an online presence in various Asian markets which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea.

As part of our Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and part of the backbone of Earnest and Collective. You get to experience first-hand how an e-commerce company is operated.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all customer inquiries via phone call, messages, and emails
- Assist with the daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
- Oversee and forecast inventory management
- Devise strategies to improve and refine our current operational processes
- Devise strategies to improve customer purchase journey and overall experience
Requirements:
- Can-do and positive mindset
- High-energy, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Digital-savvy and familiar with e-commerce processes
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good time management and communication skills
