Job Description
- Develop candidate-led opportunities
- Implement 180-recruitment process for all candidate-led opportunities including: database search, resourcing of candidates, advertising in internet media (where relevant), qualification of candidates, submission of applications, arranging interviews, conducting candidate screenings, arranging client interviews and making offers to candidates
- Apply all corporate and business unit procedures.
- Contribute to team support and team delivery of end to end recruitment solutions.

- Proven ability to network, communicate and deal effectively with executive level personnel within prospect and client organizations
- Intelligence, drive, energy and determination to succeed
