Job Description
The Performing Arts Intern will work closely with the Performing Arts Assistant to support the Performing Arts Department in managing resources, preparing for performances, trips and festivals in order to facilitate excellent enrichment opportunities for all students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organisation of theatre trips and festivals
- Assist with displays of student work
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials for the department
- Assist the Performing Arts Assistant with administration tasks linked to rehearsals, performances and CCAs.
- Assist the Performing Arts Assistant with filming and editing practical performance work for assessment.
- Assist the Performing Arts Assistant with organising the storing of resources, materials and equipment and ensure this is kept tidy and ordered
- Assist the Performing Arts Assistant with preparing and arranging resources as required by the wider department.
- All other duties commensurate with the post.
