Job Description

Position Summary:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities of service or technical personnel via administrative and operational support. He/She will use dormakaba established procedures and guidelines to provide information, advice, and assistance regarding dormakaba products and services before, during, and after a transaction to build long term relationship with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and operations support for the service team
  • Coordinate activities of service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery
  • Understand the needs and requirements of customer in order to provide the right information, advice and assistance
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond where applicable
  • Follow-up and co-ordination with customers, logistics & other general matters
  • Prepares and manage quotations, invoices, cash receipt, payments, collections and Reports
  • Share customer feedback, and information to colleagues within dormakaba to innovate and create positive long term benefits

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ degree in any field
  • Team player with good discipline and work attitude
  • Good communications and interpersonal skill
  • Responsible and committed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • 5-day work week
  • Transport pickup at Serangoon, Punggol and Boon Lay MRT Station
