Graduate Recruitment - Acca Trainee Roles - Asset Management Industry
- Preparation of financial statements for investment funds, primarily under IFRS and US GAAP;
- Operate as a contact point for clients; able to respond to and resolve queries or escalate where necessary;
- Act as liaison with various internal /external parties;
- Assisting management on financial reporting, audit, taxation and assurance projects;
- Researching technical queries on IFRS and other accounting standards;
Requirements for the role:
- Commitment to achieving the ACCA qualification (3-4 year timescale to complete)
- Sustained record of academic success including relevant undergraduate degree
- Experience of the asset management industry a distinct advantage
- ACCA part-qualified a distinct advantage
- Excellent team working skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle deadline pressures and flexible approach
- Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong logic skills with above average results in mathematics a distinct advantage
