Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical queries by end users
- Set up connectivity and wireless networks
- Set up and maintain IT hardware and peripherals/ operating systems/ software applications/ network services
- Assist in the installation/ setup/ administration/ maintenance/ backup and recovery of databases/ server systems
- Perform testing/ documentation updates/ rollout of business software
- Configure user interfaces according to business logic
- Assist in business report generation/ data migration
- Provide support services to department
- Provide user training and process flow sharing
