Responsibilities
- Assist in HP operations including onboarding of new hires
- Involve in the Recruitment process of new staff
- Ensure all procedures and process are documented to ensure proper knowledge transfer to new joins in future
- Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
- Participate in the organizing of HE events such as Townhall, Orientations and Financial Year Kick Off-Participate in the various HR projects and initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good planning and organizing skills, especially in the area of filing/retrieval of documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Human Resource experience/Diploma/Degree preferred.
