Job Description

We’re looking for a HR Intern to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distributions centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships. You’ve got to be sharp, and you must be on your game every day… because you will be an essential part of everyday life.

In this role, you will learn how to:

  • Partner with the Business to proactively identify and solve issues to achieve business goals
  • Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
  • Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
  • Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in a collaborative and consultative manner
  • Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Ensure your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles
  • Deliver results

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
