Job Description

 

DHL Express Global Head Office is on the lookout for a Digital Content Intern. The intern will ensure and enhance the publication, ready access and integrity across DHL Express Global Standard Operating Platform policies, standards, processes and related documentation cross-functionally. This involves developing and maintaining the DHL Express content, namely dictionary of business terms to ensure consistent common language across Express Global SOP policies, standards and processes and ensuring that the tools are in place for the effective management, publication and dissemination.

 

Specifically, the scope is as follows:

 

Develop and maintain the taxonomy, cataloguing / categorization and documentation standards.

Rationalization and alignment of documentation across functions.

Library and Dictionary change control and quality assurance.

Assess impact of a change in documentation and terminology to the business.

Analysis and development of specific content.

Own the process for developing and publishing content and driving tool development to support it.

Communication and training of the process and availability of tools and content.

Setup and configuration of tools to optimize access.

Monitoring and analysis of content access and usage.

Gather and specify requirements for tools / solution to support the authoring, publication and management of content.

Testing / validation of delivered tools / solutions

Manage suppliers to ensure optimum availability of service.

 

Here’s what we need from you:

 

Exposure to content curation or content management preferred.

Hands on experience with the configuration of content management and publication tools e.g. Sharepoint.

Strong analysis skills

Good facilitation skills

Strong creative thinking and the ability to see the ‘bigger picture’

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Understanding of the principles of change management.

Excellent PC skills and IT aptitude including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products and use of modelling tools
