About the opportunity:
This position is responsible for supporting and championing the analytic needs of our clients by providing high quality web analytics implementations, analysis, and training for clickstream tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc. While supporting out clients’ needs, the candidate will also be responsible for creating holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentation to our client’s management teams.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or ‘Duties')
Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success
Work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.
Able to support site tag implementation, custom rules development and leverage data layer elements for analysis through best-in class Tag Management Solution platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten, Signal, and others
Perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
Assist with tracking and improving the results of clients’ marketing campaigns
Develop ETL workflows and processes with RPA and other solutions
Creative interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, d3.js, etc….
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other technical disciplines preferred but not a must
Fresh graduates are welcome
Min. 1 year experience implementing web analytics tools using Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
Min. 1 year experience with web development
Understanding of HTML, Javascript and Web Protocols
Adept with at least one Tag Management Solution such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Signal, Tealium, MixPanel / Piwik / Matomo or TagMan
Proficient with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, ObservePoint, WASP
Experience with iOS and Android SDKs for mobile platform analytics deployment
Experience with SQL-based queries (PHP, MySQL or other), flat-file handling through programmatic code andETL tools
Experience using Google or Adobe API’s to insert and extract data
Proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet modeling tools
Experience in writing and debugging code snippets with JavaScript and 1 other programming language
Experience in writing SQL and able to extract data from databases such as MySQL/ Microsoft SQL / Oracle database / others
Familiar with ad platform tools such as DCM / AdWords / AdForm / Facebook Business / Mediamath / Sizmek / Turn / others
Experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI / Qlik / d3.js / Tableau / Google Data Studio / others
Ability to troubleshoot and interpret network logs.
