We are looking for a team player who is passionate about Food & Beverages and is excited about creating great experiences for customers to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Your will be responsible for but not limited to the following culinary operations:
- Contribute ideas in creating new recipes and customise menus
- Assist with food preparation to maintain high standards and consistency
- Take responsibility and assist with food checks – preparation, quality and quantity
- Engage in improving the menu through feedbacks and suggestions
- Responsible for hygiene and sanitation
- Assist with administration handling
- Engage in planning the orders of ingredients
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef
