Dataxet – HR Assistant

• Perform basic HR tasks like recruitment, candidate search, payroll, admin and office functions:-
• Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to arranging of interviews
• Perform basic HR monthly payroll tasks
• Update and organize the company's internal databases
• Support for Regional HR initiatives and co-ordination
• Assist to review and draft company policies with guidance from mentors
• Help maintain the databases 
• Support the daily running of the office, performing admin tasks and secretarial work
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experience is a plus, or those hoping to gain regional exposure will be a good fit
• Fresh HR graduates are welcomed
• Experience with MS Office
• Good Organizational skills
• Proficient in English (verbal and writing)
• Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills, motivated, good attitude, responsible, proactive and an energetic team player will be a plus.
